I've been using essential oils for about 8 years now, but have just recently begun implementing them into our family routines on an every day basis. I have a diffuser in every room of my house - I am obsessed! They are so great for reaping the benefits of essential oils, not to mention making your home smell amazing.
I put one in my kids room and have it on when they go to bed to help them sleep, and I've noticed that on the nights I've neglected to turn the diffuser on, they take much longer to fall asleep. And Mama ain't got time for that! When it's time for bed, it is TIME FOR BED. We all need those precious hours after the kids are in bed to retain what sanity we have left at the end of the day.
I have a couple of favorite diffusers, but this one is the one I have on my desk right next to my computer. It has 2 mist settings- an intermittent and a continuous, AND it shuts off when the water is gone. I usually diffuse motivating and uplifting oils to help me stay on track during work time.
